CEO of LA Bodywork. LisaMarie is a Neuro Therapist, Sports/Medical manual therapist, movement specialist, and overall Health Coach. She has over 19 years of experience & She is committed to helping you achieve mobility and strength through manual therapy, static / dynamic stretching, corrective and slow controlled strength building, and body maintenance.

She has worked with a variety of clientele including athletes in the NHL, NFL, NBA, MMA, UFC, LPGA, PGA and celebrities. She attends Golf Tournaments & sets up pop ups to work on site with the pros. LisaMarie is sincerely dedicated to educating people on mobility, awareness and how to feel better about the way they live through maintenance and movement.

She has a variety of certifications including CMT, CES, Stick Mobility Coach, RFTL1 Coach, PSS Performance Stretch Systems and Rock Tape Specialist. LisaMarie is uniquely qualified to assist individuals with chronic injuries by providing the hands-on therapy needs, every human body requires to stay fit, mobile, and healthy.

She is a retired ballroom dancer & triathlete. She has explored multiple avenues of physical activities to have better understanding of the human movement on all levels, mental, emotional and physical. She currently competes as a Hyrox athlete and plays golf on her spare time.

Born and raised in Redondo Beach, Ryan's journey in health and wellness started early, laying a foundation that led him to a successful collegiate rugby career as a D1 player and captain at Arizona State University. He extended his athletic achievements internationally, playing in prestigious rugby tournaments in Hong Kong and Japan. With a degree in Biochemistry, Ryan's professional background spans roles from a chemist in pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing to a lab supervisor in the cannabis industry. Today, he is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, passionately dedicated to improving posture, mobility, and balance, and specializing in stretch therapy, strength training, and agility development. Ryan's multifaceted career is united by his commitment to fostering a strong mind-body connection and enhancing individual health and wellness.

  • Injury Specific. Medical Massage. Active Release Therapy. Sports Massage. Deep Tissue. Soft Tissue. Trigger Point, Nerve Gliding. We use techniques that we think will be helpful for your body – the goal is to create more mobility through different styles of bodywork treatments.

    We want to know as much about you as possible. What your medical history is like? How many surgeries you’ve had? What kind of lifestyle do you live? What is your goal with Bodywork.

    This is important to us, so that I can help you out as best as possible.

  • Most sessions are performed with the client either undressed, sports shorts and sports bra, or with underwear or small briefs. A client is always covered with a sheet and or blanket, depending on a persons body temperature. One area is undraped at one time, always assuring that you are never exposed in an un-comfortable way.

    Please be aware that you will have oils, gels, or lotion on your body. You may not want to wear certain pieces of clothing. There are towels available upon request. Also, if you do not want your hair touched because you just got it washed or cut… let us know. We will do our best to avoid it.

  • All Packages and Gift Cards are available through our online system. Click The Book Now Button on The Home Page.

  • Yes! We advertise our holiday specials one week before the holiday. We also send out an email notice. If you would like to get onto our email list, please register by clicking this text.

  • We are primarily a referral based business… however Yelp has brought in a lot of great clients. We are so lucky to be liked by many people. For every referral you bring in, you get $15 off your next session. Limited per session.

  • We are located at 225 Avenue I, Suite 203, in the heart of Riviera Village. Metered parking is available all around. Close to shopping centers and restaurants for your convenience.

All package purchases and special promotions are final sale and non-refundable. Packages and specials cannot be exchanged, transferred, or shared unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

In the event that a practitioner leaves LA Bodywork, clients with remaining sessions may choose to continue their sessions with another available practitioner within our team.
