LisaMarie Arreguin
LisaMarie Arreguin, Founder of LA Bodywork, brings over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, blending manual therapy, movement, and neurological restoration for lasting results. Known for her commitment to high standards, client education, and innovative techniques, she leads a skilled team delivering personalized care.
LisaMarie holds multiple certifications including NASM CES, Stick Mobility, FRC, RockTape, FMT, FMS, and the Athletic Shoulder Certification, making her a respected voice in the wellness industry and a leader in integrative bodywork.
Ryan Spiwak
Ryan has a unique approach to Bodywork. He’s 3 years in and has developed a dedicated clientele. He integrates stretching, Mobility and Corrective into his Bodywork sessions.
Now a certified strength and conditioning specialist, he focuses on posture, mobility, and balance through stretch therapy and strength training—all rooted in a deep commitment to mind-body health.
He is a Redondo Beach native and a former D1 rugby captain with international experience and a background in Biochemistry.
